Face Mask with Coconut Chia - Skin Hydratation

  • Superfoods Chia seeds are high in essential nutrients, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and antioxidants. 
  • Furthermore, the coconut is high in antioxidants and is both hydrating and soothing to the skin. 


  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut milk
  • If possible, make this dish with fresh coconut water; the electrolytes found in this tropical elixir will help your skin. This intensely renewing mask is also extremely soft, making it suitable for even the most delicate skin.
  • You'll need a mixing bowl, a fork, and an airtight container.


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut water, and coconut milk. Chia seeds should be soaked for 5-10 minutes.


  • To begin, combine the chia seeds, coconut water, and coconut milk in a mixing bowl. Soak the chia seeds in water for 5-10 minutes, or until all of the liquid has been absorbed and a gel has formed. 
  • It is best to keep this mask fresh. Use within 4 days after storing in a tightly sealed container. 
  • Apply a thick layer to clean skin. 
  • After 15-25 minutes, rinse with warm water.
